Lenny Licht began his career with the Henry S. Miller Company. During his tenure as Assistant to the President, and Vice-President of the Multifamily Division for Miller S. Miller Management, the division grew from 1,100 units to over 7,000 units. Mr. Licht funneled this expertise to his own brain-child, Noel Management. The firm’s success lies in its proficiency in anticipating real estate trends within the multifamily market and developing a unique, aggressive strategy to capitalize on growing in-place cash flows. The senior management team, which includes several industry veterans, brings a combined level of over 100 years of experience. Since its inception, Noel Management and its affiliates have owned, managed, brokered, and financed over 10,000 multifamily units, totaling over $1 billion in value.
Stephanie Allen, Vice President of Operations for Noel Management, has 30 years of property management experience, working for several national management platforms including Gables Residential and Equity Residential. During her career Stephanie has held a variety of positions in markets from Texas and California to the State of Washington. Her primary focus of responsibility has been on the operational side of the business whereby she has overseen upwards of 13,000 units.
